Dinner is Ready

This a familiar scene, a reminder of the countless meals my own mother prepared, her hands always busy, her love always present.

Through the window, a world unfolds beyond the confines of the room. Children play, their laughter echoing through the air, a reminder of the vibrant life that flourishes outside these walls. A prepared chicken rests on a table, a feast waiting to be shared.

This doesn't stop at being a 'kitchen', it's a sanctuary, a space where the alchemy of food transforms ingredients into sustenance and love. The dice head, a constant presence in my work, speaks of the unpredictable nature of life, the challenges she navigates with grace and resilience. Just as my mother faced life's uncertainties, this woman embodies the quiet strength that comes from nurturing and providing for her loved ones.
