At Sokari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and returns process. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return and refund experience.

  1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility

  • 1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your artwork.

  • 1.2 Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the artwork to initiate a return. After this period, we may not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.

  • 1.3 Condition of Items: All returned artworks must be in original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when they were sent. The artwork must not show signs of damage, alterations, or any other factors that might prevent it from being resold.

  • 1.4 Return Requests: To initiate a return, please email us at info@sokarilondon.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receiving your artwork. Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and the condition of the item. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.

2. Return Process

  • 2.1 Customer Responsibility for Return Postage: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the artwork. Sokari is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • 2.2 Packaging: Please ensure that the artwork is packaged securely when returning it. Use the original packaging if possible, or an equivalent method to prevent any damage during the return process.

  • 2.3 Shipping Address: You will be provided with the return address upon confirming your return request via email. Please ensure the artwork is shipped to the correct address to avoid delays.

3. Refund Process

  • 3.1 Refund Eligibility: Once we receive the returned artwork in original condition, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

  • 3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • 3.3 Non-Refundable Items: In certain cases, refunds may not be applicable for artworks that have been damaged after delivery, or if the return request falls outside of the specified return period.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • 4.1 Damage During Shipping: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage to assist with processing the claim. We may offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund depending on the condition of the item.

  • 4.2 Defective or Faulty Items: If the artwork is found to be defective or faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please inform us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

  • 4.3 Return for Damaged Items: In cases where the item is damaged due to shipping, Sokari will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchange Policy

  • 5.1 Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for artworks, as each piece is unique. If you wish to return an item, you must follow the return procedure outlined above, and place a new order for a different piece if desired.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • 6.1 Customized or Commissioned Artworks: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for customized or commissioned artworks, as these are created specifically to meet the customer’s preferences.
